Rosé "Grand Cru"

95% Chardonnay Grand Cru

5% Pinot Noir Grand Cru, vinified as red wine

The red wine gives this cuvée a Ruby/Saumoné colour, the tatin of which mixes with the refinement of the chardonnay, giving this rosé a fruity character and a woody flavour.

• White foam with fine bubbles
• Fruity aroma with a hint of cherries.
• Very smooth on the palate, with a beautiful and smooth length.

Advice: Aperitif/ desserts with red berries and white chocolates.

From our 60-year old vineyard "le Mont Aigü", which produces grapes of superior quality and aromas.

Produced from a vine of about 90 years, it provides a lower yield than our other vineyards but produces grapes of superior aromatic quality.

From the same vineyard as the above, it is a vintage cuvee, aged on lees for about 7 years; disgorgement depends on the sales process to allow the champagne to mature before consumption.

It brings a beautiful roundness to this gourmet cuvée.
